How do I book and what are the payment terms?

Our booking process follows ATTA best practices.

1. Enquiry

Use our contact form or email us. Tell us which safari, dates and group size.

2. Proposal

Detailed proposal within 24–48 hours.

3. Payment

20% deposit to confirm. Balance due 60 days before departure. Bank transfer or credit card.

4. Cancellation

• +60 days: deposit retained only.
• 30–60 days: 50% of total.
• Less than 30 days: full payment due.

We recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover, as IATA advises.
