Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Terms
To ensure a seamless booking experience, please review our deposit, payment, and cancellation conditions carefully. Transparency is at the heart of every safari we craft.
Deposit & Payment
A 30% deposit of the total safari cost is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the safari departure date.
Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Payment Method
All payments must be made by bank transfer to the account details provided by Okavango Exploration Safaris.
Any bank charges, transfer fees, or intermediary banking fees are the sole responsibility of the guest and must not reduce the amount received by Okavango Exploration Safaris.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the safari departure date: the 30% deposit will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made within 90 days of the safari departure date: the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the safari departure date, or failure to arrive (no-show): 100% of the total booking cost will be forfeited.
