WHAT’S INCLUDED

No Guest Participation
You do not have to pitch tents, cook, wash dishes, or carry heavy camp equipment. A dedicated back‑up team sets up and breaks down the camp for you.
Accommodation & Gear
Comfortable 3m x 3m walk‑in dome tents equipped with camp beds and complete bedding. There is no need to bring your own sleeping bag.
Each tent features a private en‑suite bush bathroom, including a shower, toilet and washbasin.
All Meals
Freshly prepared daily breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the safari.
Drinks
Purified drinking water, tea and coffee, non‑alcoholic soft drinks, selected locally available alcoholic beverages.
Game Drives, Mokoro Excursions & Transfers
All scheduled game drives, mokoro excursions and transfers between safari destinations are included.
Activities and transfers are conducted using specially designed, open‑sided safari vehicles with a maximum of 7 guests, ensuring every guest has a guaranteed window seat.
Park & Staff Fees
All national park entrance, conservation and applicable statutory fees relating to the safari itinerary are included.
The safari is operated by a dedicated team including a licensed Professional Safari Guide, Camp Chef and Camp Assistants.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

Travel Documents & Flights
International and domestic flights, visas, passports, airport taxes and required vaccinations or health‑related entry requirements.
Optional Activities
Activities not specifically included in the safari itinerary, such as scenic helicopter flights over the Okavango Delta, boat cruises or commercial adventure activities around Victoria Falls.
Personal Expenses
Souvenirs, curios, laundry, telephone charges and other personal purchases.
Tips & Gratuities
Tips for your Safari Guide, Camp Chef, Camp Assistants, mokoro polers and other safari staff are not included and remain entirely at the guest’s discretion.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and remains the responsibility of the traveller. We recommend coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, emergency medical expenses, evacuation, repatriation and baggage loss or damage.
