Through the contact form, we collect: first name, last name, email address, message, and (optionally) travel dates. We use this data exclusively to respond to your enquiry and, if a commercial relationship arises, to manage the communication derived from it. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

The legal basis is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the contact form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). For data processed in a subsequent contractual relationship, the basis is the performance of that contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). The European Commission recognises Argentina as a country with an adequate level of data protection, so transfers from the EU are considered secure.
